Terms of Service

Last updated 26 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and CodeFather L.L.C-FZ ("CodeFather", "we", "us") for your use of the Final Code app for Mac, the finalcode.app website and related services (together, "Final Code"). By creating an account, starting a trial or using Final Code, you agree to these terms. If you use Final Code for a company, you agree to them for that company too.

1. Your account

You need an account to use Final Code. Keep your email address up to date and keep access to it safe, because that's how you sign in. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.

2. Free trial and subscription

  • New accounts can try Final Code free for 14 days. One free trial per person.
  • We ask for a payment method when the trial starts. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and you're charged the price of the plan you chose ($29 a month or $249 a year, plus any tax that applies).
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
  • If we change prices, we'll tell you at least 30 days before the change applies to your next renewal.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • If something isn't right, write to support@finalcode.app within 14 days of a payment and we'll look at a refund. Nothing in these terms limits refund rights you have under the law where you live.

3. Your licence to use Final Code

While your trial or subscription is active, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Final Code on up to 3 Macs that you own or control. You may not resell, rent or share your account, or copy, change, reverse-engineer or try to get around the licence checks in Final Code, except where the law allows it.

4. Your projects and code

Your code, apps, games and builds stay yours. Final Code builds and runs them on your own Mac and devices; we don't upload your source code to our servers. You're responsible for having the rights to the projects you build and the devices you use, and for following the terms of Apple, Google, Unity and any other tools you use with Final Code.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Final Code to break the law, to build or spread malware, to get into devices or accounts you aren't allowed to use, or to harm Final Code or other people. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Third-party tools

Final Code works with tools made by others, such as Xcode, Android tools, Unity and AI coding assistants. Those tools have their own terms, and we're not responsible for them or for changes their makers make.

7. Updates and changes

We improve Final Code often and it updates itself. We may add, change or remove features. If we make a change that significantly reduces what you've paid for, you can cancel and ask for a pro-rata refund of the unused period.

8. No warranty

We work hard to make Final Code reliable, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will be free of errors or work with every project, device or tool, and you should keep your own backups of your projects.

9. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, CodeFather is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim about Final Code is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

10. Ending

You can stop using Final Code and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you where reasonable. When your subscription ends, the app stops working until you subscribe again; your projects on your Mac aren't touched.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protections of the law where you live.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
